35.1% Of U.S. Workers Report Work-Related Health Problems

About 35.1% of workers in the United States as of 2018 experienced work-related health problem. The most common problem was back pain, which affected about 19.4%. About 14.7% said they experienced a work-related injury that required medical treatment, and 11.5% reported missing work due to the problem. About 6.3% reported having a work-related mental health problem.
