‘Built For Zero’ Has Rockford, Illinois On Track To End Homelessness By End Of 2020

The city of Rockford, Illinois is on track to end homelessness by the end of 2020 through its participation in the “Built for Zero” initiative, by Community Solutions. In 2010, the city had more than 700 homeless people.
