The Tech For Success With “Whole Person” Care
Many payers and many health plans are finally embracing ‘whole person’ approaches to care and looking for integrated models for care coordination. For example, California’s CalAIM will shift all of the state’s managed care delivery systems to one coordinating authority—including physical health services, non-specialty mental health services, dental managed care, and specialty mental health services. New RFPs in Delaware and the District of Columbia have strong requirements for whole person care.
