SARS-CoV-2 has impacted our health, wealth, and lives on a global scale, the extent to which will not be fully appreciated for years to come.  As we re-establish ourselves after more than a year of uncertainty, risk, and restrictions, new challenges and a growing appreciation of the potential long-term consequences of this pandemic are emerging.
