Between March 1, 2020 and November 30, 2021, telehealth visits for behavioral health diagnoses accounted for about 57.9% of all telehealth visits. During that period, behavioral health telehealth utilization increased among all telehealth visits by about 55.0%. Telehealth is defined as visits to health care professionals using means other than in-person visits, including audio-video, audio only, e-visit, and virtual check-in services.
