On November 25, 2019, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center released a request for applications (RFA) for its “Direct Contracting” initiative. For this initiative, CMS is inviting health care professionals to participate in Direct Contracting agreements with CMS.
