Building Better Beings: PsychU Supporting Organizations Share Wellness
StrategiesStress and challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic have brought the critical issues of mental health and burnout to the forefront for health care professionals, their patients, and their communities. With wide recognition and acceptance of mental health needs, there is now a great opportunity to share, learn, and practice a host of wellness strategies.
Join PsychU for a riveting panel discussion featuring pre-eminent leaders in mental health and wellness. Lead by Dr. Rachel Self, the esteemed panelists will share perspectives on practical applications of wellness utilizing resources provided by some of our supporting organizations and commentary from Dr. Gaurava Agarwal, Director of Physician Well-being at Northwestern and PsychU MDD section advisor. They will also discuss resources available on PsychU and tips for implementing wellness strategies offered by their respective organizations for health care providers, their patients, and communities.
