In October 2020, nine key thought leaders representing disparate sectors of the health care system—from advocacy, primary care, criminal justice, and academia— gathered online over two days in a “Bridging the Care Continuum” National Forum, to discuss challenges and opportunities in providing integrated mental services in a sometimes fragmented and discontinuous treatment system. In this webinar, three of the thought leaders from the forum will meet again to recap key topics, with particular emphasis the application of continuous and integrated interventions in real world clinical settings.
