Virtual Event – Considerations In Managing MDD In Patients With Co-Morbid Cardiovascular Disorder
This is a Virtual Event for PsychU members in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York City, Westchester and Rockland Counties, NY.
The presentation explores the bidirectional association between major depressive disorder and cardiovascular disease. Key links to the two pathologies include underlying psychosocial factors, chronic inflammation, and the microbiome. Pharmacological and nonpharmacological strategies will be taken into consideration for discussions on effective treatment.
