Alison A. Carroll, LCSW-R, is semi-retired after over 35 years in the mental health field.  She is currently consulting with People USA and was the former Senior Vice President of Business Development at The Mental Health Association of Westchester, New York.  She is a proud current member and past president of the New York Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (NYAPRS) Board. She has also served as a board member of the New York State Care Management Coalition.

Dwayne Mayes, MS, is the Advisor for PsychU’s Patient and Caregivers Section and a Program Director of the Recovery Network & Peer Training Program at the Mental Health Association of Westchester. He is also a former board member of the International Association of Peer Specialists.
