Aggressively reducing the prevalence of 10 common risk factors related to Alzheimer’s disease by 15% per decade could result in 1.2 million fewer cases of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia (ADRD) in the United States in 2050, according to recommendations from the Risk Reduction Subcommittee of the National Alzheimer’s Project Act (NAPA) Advisory Council.
