The Agitation in Alzheimer’s Screener for Caregivers (AASCTM) is a brief screening tool based on the International Psychogeriatric Association (IPA) consensus definition for agitation in cognitive disorders and was designed to assist caregivers in recognizing agitation associated with Alzheimer’s dementia (AAD).
