Wellness is a multi-dimensional integration of oneself and their environment. This workbook contains information on each of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, highlighting their importance and how they can impact one’s overall wellbeing. For each dimension, you will find a checklist of strategies and healthy habits that can be implemented into daily routines to improve wellness.  Additionally, each page contains a QR code to a video interview with our PsychU section advisors and collaborators where they share their perspective on achieving wellness within each dimension.
