This is a Virtual Event for PsychU members in DC, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
In this virtual learning event, learn about the foundational aspects of the monoamine theory for depression. Follow along as the presenters describe the neurobiological pathways of specific monoamines and their potential roles in emotional behaviors. After a discussion on the monoamine imbalance theory, the current treatment paradigms and neurological theories behind those paradigms will be discussed.
