Survey Of Long-Term Care Facilities Indicates 4.1% Increase In Nursing Pay In 2023

From 2022 to 2023, nurses at assisted living, personal care, and residential care facilities received average wage increases of 4.1%. Nurses of all license types working at these long-term care facilities had pay increases, according to a survey of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in 2023.
